I sell NYC real estate for a living, and if I have anything to say about it, the buildings I sell will become increasingly more efficient, intelligent, luxurious, and long-lasting.    I spent 13 years managing an Engineering/Architecture firm founded by my father taking on increasing roles in the deep energy retrofit and new construction of both  traditional and high-performance buildings in New York, New Orleans, and California.

My family’s firm and I have designed high-performance building systems, net-zero-energy buildings, and participate in research with Cooper Union School of Engineering in a broad range of heat exchange applications with a particular focus on developing intelligent methods to combat climate change by building buildings that are better in every way.

I trained under Katrin Klingenberg at PHIUS in 2011 as a Passive House Designer before the start of our seminal project, Zenesis House:  zenesishouse.wordpress.com.     During construction, I got certified as a PHIUS Large Building Verifier, picked up my Real Estate license, and joined the luxury brokerage Nest Seekers International where I have been quite successful representing sellers, buyers, and developers of traditional real estate.

If I had it my way, however, all the buildings I sold would be on par with today’s rapidly changing paradigms.
